Shed Solutions emerged as a natural extension of the founders’ vision at Building Versatility. Led by Jennifer and Richard, the dynamic duo seamlessly combined Jennifer’s keen business acumen and property development roots in the Southern Highlands with Richard’s extensive expertise in agriculture construction.
Their shared vision was clear – to extend the same level of commitment, quality, and craftsmanship that defined Building Versatility into the realm of sheds. And so, Shed Solutions was born.

With a property development background and agricultural construction expertise, our team brings over 50 years of combined experience to every project.

Our origin: Family bonds sealed the deal
With the idea for our sister company Building Versatility mapped out on a restaurant napkin a few years ago, it has grown exponentially since that first dinner where Richard and Jennifer connected. The vision became clear: Beyond construction, we were committed to delivering a bespoke and dedicated shed-building service to our clients in the Southern Highlands.
Surrounded by a formidable team of experts in council development processes, energy efficiency, agricultural construction and traditional architecture, our journey has been about our passion for construction, growth and future-proofing our outcomes.
